CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF MEDICAL TRAINING.

95

This is to certify that Mr CHAN SING BOON(陳聖本) was a student of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong from September 1936 to December 1941, when his studies were interrupted by the outbreak of the Pacific war. Subsequently Mr Chan proceeded to Free China and continued his studies at the National Shanghai Medical College from July 1942 to June 1943, when he passed his final examination. After this he completed the requisite period of one year of internship, thus fulfilling the requirements for his degree.

It is my opinion that the standard of efficiency which he reached and the method of his examination by the Shanghai Medical College authorities is such as to furnish sufficient guarantee that he possesses the requisite knowledge and skill for the effici- ent practice of Medicine, Surgery and Midwifery.
